    I totally agree! I’ve started taking an 18 minute nap when I am overtired and stressed out…it works wonders!!!

    That’s great! I am glad you are able to squeeze in some rest. I was thinking about this post this morning, and how the main reason I am able to take rests/naps right now is because I am on break from teaching. I guess there is nothing stopping me from doing it when classes are session, but I ususally rush in the house and start dinner, sorting mail, etc. It would not delay dinner too much if I were to plop on the couch and close my eyes for a few minutes even on those busy days, and dinner might turn out better as a result. Ha.

    I LOVE what you say about not being lazy when getting ready for bed! I think we should make the bedtime routine a very high priority…after all, you’re about to be with the one you love most of all ;)

    Thanks, Laurel. I am working on improving in this area–I go to a lot of effort getting ready for work, so it makes sense to put some of that effort into looking attractive before bed, as well.
